I have ordered Windows Shade for my car 10 days back. Before ordering I confirmed with them that the product is available and they promised me to ship it next day. I have select Air shipping to reach it soon. After ordering I again confirmed the payment received and they said will be shipped next day. After 5 days I did not receive the product. I tried to contact them on Messenger and SMS messages but no one replied.
I called them over phone several times( 12 times till now) and the lady could not even locate the order. After two days she says the order will be shipped now(After 7th day) and she gave a tracking number. Now, after 9 days I don’t see the tracking number valid on the courier web site.
Again called Autofurnish people and no one responds. I asked them to cancel my order but they don’t care to respond.
Never ever buy any product form Autofurnish web site. They are not genuine and you will lose your money.
