I had a worst experience with Autoportal.When I was planning to buy a new car& was checking out on internet I filled a form on Autoportal site regarding it I got a call from there yet that car was not launched by that time. I used to get call from Autoportal three time a day.I got to know about partner dealers list from them near my location at the time of booking I referred the name and number of a caller at that time& that caller even had a conversation with the person who booked my car at showroom. I was told that when I’ll to receive my car at showroom I have to call at the costumer care that time so did I.Now it has been a mounth till date company is making fool out of me that they are not getting a confermation from dealer regarding my car booking& delivery.I submitted a soft copy of my invoice that I recived at the time of delivery from showroom but still I get the same stupid answer from them.
