Guys beware of this website. booked a car through autoportal as they promise assured gifts via booking through them such as coupons, holiday packages, a gift hamper and a 1500/- cash card. by calling them for honda city v. they suggested me ring road moti nagar and I booked the car ast they showroom as advised by auto portal through it.
I got the delivery in july last week but to my surprise now auto portal is saying that they dont have a tie up with ring road moti nagar and they have simply refused to deliver the gifts. all they say is sorry and never give me a call back. moreover they will call you every day before the delivery and that to many number of times in a day but after delivery they will never call, it will be you running after them for these so called gifts. half of the gifts are useless like discount coupons for car accessories which we get otherwise also without using these coupons. they will make you feel like beggars for these gifts which they claim to be genuine.
