I am writing because your tagline says you would love to hear from your customers.
I am physically-disabled and had thought that my local travel was well taken care of by Autowale. In the beginning, it all seemed good.
A few cancellations by you, a few delayed pick- ups and drops by you and I was ready to suffer as I am disabled. A few auto-drivers whose meters were fast BUT I kept paying them more without complaining to RTO, only because I am disabled. A few goonda drivers engaged by you but I believed them to be an exception.
The shabby and third class treatment that you have given me in last few weeks has made me feel that you had taken me for granted only because I am disabled and will continue my booking even if you keep ill-treating me.
You do not even book with correct dates and times. You will rarely send message of which auto is allocated for my bookings. I spend extra money to call you to find out which driver is coming to pick me up. Then, your drivers give excuses like not being informed by company of pick-up, caught by traffic police, auto broken down and other excuses.
A few drivers were more like goondas, did not let me get off unless I paid them extra money for every trip. Many times you have cancelled my trips at the last moment, forced me to make last- moment alternate arrangements and I had to take help of local police to drop me home. On many occasions you made me wait for 30-50 mins for the autos without any penalty/cost to autos, and when I took more than 15 mins, you made me to pay extra.
I am disgusted and fed up with your auto service. You offer nothing comforting, special, extra that I cannot get from autos in open market. Infact, I always end up paying more to you and even after paying you more, it is I who get harassed.
If you really believe in customer service and mean what you say, resolve the issues immediately or else be ready to lose me as your customer forever.
