I was a regular user of autowale till this nightmare yes.
A trip was booked on Monday evening at 11 pm for Tuesday morning 4.15 am from Shivaji nagar bus stand to handewadi. AT 4 AM I called up the driver KIRAN KAMBLE

On repeated attempts he picked up the phone once and said he will at least take half an hour to reach shivaji nagar bus stand. I waited and waited then he switched off the phone. nobody picked up my phone at the call center also.also. Autowale kept me stranded with the entire family FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR for more than an hourF.PLEASE BEWARE OF SERVICES AT NIGHT THEY ARE PATHETIC.
