I have purchased 3 products & 1 they told me free, from AVA on 12/09/08 I have got 2 product’s after 17 days , after that from 28/09/08 I’m calling them but they are telling me that other 2 product’s or in first flight courier since from 30/09/08.
I’m calling these people placing the order but they are making fool of me by saying that you’ll get the order within next week and more surprising is that they gave me the Courier Docket Number saying that it is already couriered, whereas when I tried checking the status of shipment in the Courier website no such docket number is found. It is now more than 45 days placing the order since they said courier date and I have still not received the product.
The amount is already charged on my Credit Card. I spoke to so many executive in AVA customer care but everyone is giving a same kind of response even some time they disconnect the phone after keeping on hold for more than 10 minutes. I spoke but no one is ready to solve my problem at last I’m sending you this mail if you can do anything for me.
