Yesterday I saw this movie. Well every body used to claim story is weak plot is predictable.
Yes story is weak why because its story happening to us by us for us(I mean we can guess story why because its story of our greediness, Selfishness).
The story opens with a human coorparation appointed some more men from marine to fetch precious metal from planet pandora.
The planet which was inhabited by rich species and sapient humonoids called Navi.9 feet tall a tail cat face belive in mother nature and worship goddess called Eywa.There village is a big tree(wow very big and beautiful).Unfortunately in, around and under the tree rich minerals are present which was eyed by our people(humans).
The solo aim of mission is to extract the mineralas and drove all them to earth. In process they create Avatars(Clubing DNA’s of Human and Navi).One of such avatar is Jake sully who fall in love with the customs + princess of Navi.The rest of story is all about how he defended his own genes(humans) and fight for navi(mother nature).
Why i like plot is cameroon just tries to show our greediness and seflishness in abigger and commercial way.
We grew as humans from ages(millions of years).We are gifted with brain, Generous minerals, food, water by mother nature.Inspite of cultivating mother nature We are cutting down its roots. We are building roads, destroyed forests suppress other species and ofcourse dominated them. Still thriving for more.Still thriving more more more...........WAIT......... BEWARE A DAY WILL COME TO ANSWER ALL OUR GREEDINESS.
Ofcourse its unsuspected answer to say yes we are seeing consequenses of global warming.And those are just warnings.
personally thats where I like this movie very much.
Coming to technical aspects, special effects its need less to say........Yes its need less to say a director(i personify him as creator) who had block buster hits like terminator, titanic in his kit waited 14 years to groom this silver screen wonder.
Even a iron hearted one like me will feel sorrow, get himself embrassed while watching this movie.
We can’t stop appreciating director after seeing A scene "humans destroying tree" oh no not ajoke really seeing this scene alone you can justify the plot how strong and sound it is......
I Watched this movie and Njoyed alot .......No question......But at corner of so called Heart I am feeling Sorrow. A sorrow for myself. If I am born some millons of years ago I might have enjoyed mother nature more.
