This review is just about making reservations. We are trying
to book well in advance due to christmas rush. They don’t have online credit
card payment. So, you have to call between lonavala office and mumbai office.
They are prompt in giving you the ICICI a/c # and will ask you to transfer the
money for the reservation.
Once you transfer the money, you will never hear back. Sending emails to
’avionhotel@vsnl.net’ is of no use at all. They will never respond. I even
doubt whether they check these emails.
The money will be transferred instantly via online ICICI a/c
(if you have one).
Again, you have to make several phone calls to follow-up on reservation. It’s
been 1 week since I transferred the money and I still haven’t got the
reservation confirmation. I got to speak to the manager and accordingly to him,
he has to check with the bank to ensure money is transferred? what the heck
dude! It’s online and you can check it right away! So, I find this as a
lame excuse.
I am hoping to hear back soon with the reservation confirmation. Will write
more after the trip about the rooms, hospitality, food etc.,
