Avis hitek sleek is new coller by hitek but its not good as cooling is not up to mark.
service and suppoer: service and support is very poor as they dont register your complain and even if your complain get registered then dont come for service and this is very frustrating.
cooling and sound: colling is not good and it is not useful in your room even ceiling fan is better option then this cooler. sound is another problem as it make much noise and disturbs your sleep.
reliability and satisfaction: reliablility and satisfaction is not good and satisfation with this product is poor.
value for money: its not value for money at all.
