I bought this cooler around 2 years back just to compliment my AC since the power backup does not allow me to operate an AC. The product is fine. There is rarely a noise that comes out of this cooler when it is working. The quality is no doubt better than most of the coolers in the market but there is NO after sales support at all.
Would suggest people to beware before purchasing this product.
