I’m very satisfied with the advisor’s relationship with me after taking the policy.My advisor knows that further references or business depends on the service that he renders. He is also an elite club member in his company and working with same company for last 3.5 yrs.


Service assumes more importance in life Insurance, because unlike other savings or investment plans, a contract of life Insurance is a long-term commitment.If the Premium is not paid, the Policy becomes a useless piece of paper. The agent’s attention to service (including monitoring Premium payments, nominations, revivals, if they become necessary, help in settling claims, etc.) will ensure that the Insurance Policy does not suffer from such neglect.


Service benefits the Policyholder. But it benefits the agent more by conveying messages about his reliability and trustworthiness. This is his competitive advantage over other agents, of the same Insurer and of other insurers.


So before choosing your advisor, check his credibility first...
