I have experienced one of the worst customer services from AVIVA INSURANCE so far. Their staff is so ill-mannered and unprofessional that they all have this feeling as if they are running their own family ventures. Here are some of the issues that I have faced with AVIVA INSURANCE:
Their fund manager will call you and fix-up an appointment but will never turn up to you. I have experienced this issue not just once but 5-6 times in my 3.5 years of policy tenure
I had requested to switch my fund to some other plan and had given an application for the same. But to my surprise when I tried to sort out an explanation from the fund manager to whom I had given that application, I was stunned to hear his answer that I am not his customer and I should complain about him to whom so ever I want to
I think none of us will be happy to receive this kind of customer service in such a competitive market. Hence, with my bad experience I would strongly suggest not to have any future relationship with AVIVA INSURANCE.
