Headline: Aviva- low premium but poor service!

Recently after reading articles in outlook money about online insurance policies I was convince to buy these as they are very cheap plans.


As suggested in the magazine I opted for two companies rather than one so that I could spread my risk.


Hence, I bought a plan from Aviva and AEGON. Aviva is the cheapest and Aegon covers all forms of death and I had heard of the plan from my frinds


I was very impressed with aviva as they offered juice after medical completion. But today even after 24 days of payment and medical completed


I have not got any information on my policy from aviva. On calling their contact centre I am toldThey will get back. But no response.


While I received my policy docs from Aegon is 10 days from completion of medicals with no problems and no calls made.


Why can’t all online companies provide same service as you are charging almost same?


Don’t take customers for a ride by luring by low premium.
