Having been divorced and all life policies assigned to myself, it is now time for the Aviva one to pay out. I am not being paid my money as they are asking for my ex husbands passport, my passport, my ex husbands bank statement and my bank statement.
Having no contact with my ex and not knowing his address is proving difficulty. I have the deed of assignment and have been paying this policy by direct debit for 25 years, they say they can’t pay me my money into the account I have paid it from for 25 years. Seems they don’t want to part with it. Also I have a massive shortfall and they don’t want to know!!!
