How to Fleece the Customer

Aviva Life Insurance company claims a lot when it is pestering you to buy its plans and policies. The last line in any insurance advertisement says "insurance is a subject matter of solicitation". The Aviva story ends here.


Once a  customer has purchased a policy, the concerned agent( who sold you the policy/plan) is no longer interested in you and does not reply to your calls. The poor customer is directed to a number which has an IVRS, the most user unfriendly one can come across. This is actually the beginning of customer’s problems. Numerous calls to the given number as also mails to an mail id evoke no response.


It is amazing to see how common people are tricked by the company to enroll and thereafter left in wilderness to fend for themselves.


I would like to rate their services absolutely below par, not worthy of any star etc.
