I have seen only those mostly with negative experiences tend to write the reviews here.
For me, the experiece has been good with applying for an online term insurance - a good website, easy steps to fill, medical tests pre-scheduled, the lab guys arrived home before time and collected the samples / data. Within a week or two, got SMS and email confirmation with my policy document attachment - few days later also got the hard copy of policy document via speed post.
Overall very satisfied with the experience, got a good deal on the premium for term insurance. Compared to my previous insurance, I got double the insurance cover for 60% of the premium.
Hope they also have good claims settlement records / easy processes over time because that’s when the family needs it most.
