Worst Private Insurance company **DO NOT BUY**

I am having worst experience with Aviva Life insurance. I had paid the premium online and guess what!




  1. Their website does not allow you to download the premium receipt.




  2. Your payment gets reflected only after 5 working days of you making payment - till then you have no idea where the payment went!!!!!




  3. Once your payment is reflecting in their website then you should call then several times (at least 10 times) and request/plead them give me my premium receipt, give me my premium receipt.......




  4. The customer service executives are very very very rude, they will try to corner you threaten you (any ways your money is with them now) and never help you and slam the phone - worst than any Government office.




  5. Their customer log in website is of very low quality, it fails/crashes when you try to download the duplicate receipt/make payment (not at all reliable).






With all these horrible experience I will NEVER suggest Aviva Life to anyone who love their money and family.
