My husband was issued his policy immediately while I was asked to pay more premium for heightened risks based on my medicals. customer service also shared the medical reports with us. I consulted with my physician and felt they were justified.
Should do better: The only thing I wish they could do better is their status update- it says one thing on the site, another on the email they send us. Customer reps would urge you to drop a note since it is an online policy instead of a call.
Claims Settlement- I have no experience to share here yet. Hence had to leave a full score since the tool insists.
