I bought a Aviva term plan on 2nd aug 2013. It has been a worst & horrible experience with Aviva Team. Until I bought this policy there was a regular follow up from aviva side. But once I made the online payment, now I have to run behind them.Till date I dont know the exact status of my policy.
1) When I was buying this policy online, one aviva customer care executive was assisting me online, I made a few changes in the form but that were not taking effect, aviva CC executive told me he will get the changes done by his technical team, since there is some issue in system. After that I was able to see those changes. But after making payment when I received my proposal form, to my utter surprise those changes were partially done.
After that I wrote to online team with issue & they reverted back saying they have made changes in their system, but cant change in proposal form. I asked them how can I verify, they had no answer & said keep this email.
After that I have wrote many emails, but there is no revert from them. it has been 20 days but still no update regarding the policy. Since I am below 30 no medical was required.
Pathetic response, sincere advice dont go with aviva. Once u make the payment their service is worst than govt offc.
