Pathetic Customer Service and Online Facilities

I purchased policy from this company thinking it has good brand value and thus will be having good services. Guess what, this company has lost all my details. They don’t have my email address, irrespective of the fact that I bought this online and also they are sending my premium request and all other marketing junk on my emails every other day.


When called customer care, they show such a bad attitude in solving the cases that you don’t want to be on the call more than a minute.


Pathetic service. Hope Sachin will break his contract with them.
