From my experience so far. I been customer of them for last 4 years and they won’t budge from making me suffer as a customer. It is wise to stay away from this company. The company and even higher authorities hardly care about customers. All they care for is looting money from you. Even smallest things they will find an excuse to harass you or earn the money from you.
This is doing no favour but just damaging their reputation further. Their customer service will not be helpful. In spite of you raised the complaint/request to them for certain thing, they will not bother to listen to you but still keep doing the bad things which they think drives money to them. They don’t hesitate to put any illegal or unethical practices (storing your payment details without your consent and misuse it next time).
