I don’t know about others but as far as I have dealt with aviva from day 1 customer service was awesome and honest financial advises. I am easily able to set aside money for my premiums and invest more in such instruments. I was able to plan with the help of them for mid term and long term investments.
The money back policy and family floater is absolutely straight forward products that has no confusions whatsoever, I am happy with their timely service whenever I call them. "KEEP IT UP AVIVA." Don’t stop this attitude.
