I have purchased Aviva whole life unit linked policy and pension plan few years. back.
At that time, insurance agent and entire aviva team was chasing me day and day out based on large business potential of mine and other friends.
Subsequently, the agent Ms.Jagruti Nagda disappeared as agent and stopped attending call of her customer and avoid extending any services to customer. Aviva has not informed me or other customer that, who inturn will extend the future services.
I tried to call senior Aviva staff including Ms. Jayeta. Inspite of my several calls and messages, she has not responded to any of my calls and not even approached me at any point of time. Finally as my last recourse, I called a gentlemen Mr. Negi. Although he has now joined METLIFE, He was kind enough to sent my message to right person and taken a great care to respond me in time.
I would strongly recommend Mr. Negi as most worthy and responsible officer. I think he is a great asset to METLIFE.
In all these years I have taken many insurance product but surprisingly I have never received any new product information or call from marketing team of Aviva.
I can surly say that, approach of AVIVA is short term. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Agents are hopeless. You will never get your account statement without demanding minimum ten times.and god knows what can happen if your family has to lodge the claim!
I leave readers to judge the entire matter before considering any AVIVA products.
