Cruelty of AVIVA

Myself Durga, a dissatisfied customer would like to bring my issue to public.


(1) Presently I am staying at Jeypore (Odisha) and for claim settlement I need to visit/go Bhubaneswar branch of Aviva which is near about 550 KM away from my place with awful communication facilities.


(2) Still I went to Bhubaneswar branch with expanses of INR 1500(Approx) to surrender my SAFEGUARD POLICY (AVIVA) which is of course not at all safe.


(3) I paid INR 1000/- per month for 45 months through my axis bank ECS service. But due to severe financial problem I was not able to continue further. And when I wanted to surrender it the fund value was approx INR 30, 000 +.


(4) Still then I was desperate to surrender because I needed the money on an urgent basis. But after all this, now my application was being rejected citing signature mismatch.


(5) When me myself the live proof was present physically then where is the question of mismatch. It is foolish that the operation staff verified my signature with the proposal form and not with the documents which I provided all signatories (PAN card, Driving License, Signed Cheque, 6 month Bank Statement) in front of operation staff. Then, how can and how dare they say signature mismatch?


(6) There can be a problem while filling up my proposal form. I would like to raise this question, while accepting my proposal from the so called great operation staff were able to cross check and tally my own signature there in my documents with that proposal form or not, Or all of them then were blinds?


(7) This is crossing all limits I need an urgent solution for this or will have to go legal as I am really frustrated and depressed with the kind of treatment I am getting from AVIVA in my worst financial situation.


(8) I am facing a great financial crisis now and for which I surrendered my policy and when in this situation you people are making me to run for my fund then how horrifying it would have been if instead of me my illiterate nominee would have gone for the claim.


(9) If I am not Durga after providing my physical presence my bank a/c statement, cheque then who the hell is that Durga or to whom you people will pay my claim?


(10) One strange thing really pity, the rejection SMS I am getting is at 7.51 PM but you cannot contact the customer care after 6 P.M.


So I am going to spend a whole night in worry and tension.
