They are swindlers

I had placed Rakhi gift order with Awesomeji.com dated 21st July 2014(order#23919) & expected it to be delivered by 24th July 2014.I called up & spoke with Mr. Vijay Virmani at Bangalore number of times about this order delivery to reach on time, as my uncle to whom I have to send this order will not be available after 1st August 2014. Awesomeji.com staff has updated that this order has been dispatched on 27th July 2014 through DTDC(one of the top 3 worst courier company in India) with AWB number Z28226246.

First the above ordered product was untraceable until 30th July 2014 on DTDC website and awesomeji.com staff & DTDC customer service was not able to trace the packet. Finally on 31st July around 19:30 hrs, DTDC guys confirmed to have delivered the product to my uncle at Pune. My uncle received a small envelope containing Rakhi with other auspicious items but to my surprise 5 pieces Ferrero Rocher packet was not added inside the envelope.

At the time of placing the above order(product code: Rcombo1417IN), the product details clearly mentioned Ethnic Rakhi with 5 Piece Ferrero Rocher. The envelope delivered by DTDC appeared to be in mutilated condition. This is unacceptable. I don’t know whether awesomeji.com warehouse department at Delhi had unintentionally forgot to pack 5 piece of Ferrero Rocher chocolate pack along with Rakhi or DTDC guys as usual ripped the envelope & stole Ferrero Rocher chocolate pack. I emailed awesomeji.com on 1st August 2014 around 20:23 hrs. As well as called Mr. Vijay Virmani to complaint about the incomplete delivery of my ordered product. Mr. Vijay assured to dispatch the chocolate pack from Bangalore where he is located through Bluedart. After all this BIG TALKS from Mr. Vijay, he ignored it completely.

This year because of negligence by awesomeji.com, my mother had to face embarrassment in front of her brother. So before you order anything gift from awesomeji.com, please make sure as what you see in product details is what you should get from them. This Awesomeji.com scam is also registered by a customer from UK in https://scamsters.blogspot.in/2008/07/report-online-fraud-at-indian-cyber_10.html
