I don’t know who’s reading this msg, but I want to say that axis bank is having very very worst service.
Customer needs to raise foreclosure letter and need to wait very long time for it(7days), then need to close the amount and again need to raise the request for loan closure and need to wait for NOC for around 15days. Even though if we visit ourselves to the branch we need pay your charges other than foreclosure charges and even though if we visit after quaralling with customer care there they will tell that still NOC is not generated due to axis bank problem then again customer should call and raise a complaint and again need to wait for some more time, then axis team will call and tell, now you can visit your branch and collect NOC by paying charges. Is this their service for simple car loan. Their team made me to realize in my lifetime me or my friends should not take any kind of loan from axis company. Thanks for giving me such kind of experience. They are really in very good competation with other companies . Congrats for that.
