Paid a bill . failed transaction . but money not credited back . they took months to link mobile number with bank account. . employees are . irresponsible and lazy.
their ivr in phone banking . is simply brilliant . the options are given in such a way that . u ll not be able to register a complaint through phone. even if u r lucky to talk with their bank officer . he ll give an answer . which ll look like an auto generated answer.
"sir u have called .(loan/credit card).department . pls call again and choose option 3 and then option 9"
there is no option 9 in option 3 .
and the most stupid thing is . online query is . ok reply within one working day . but senior officer or his higher stuff . ll take ten working days it seems . for gods sake . ten working days?
pls avoid this bank . this bank is just running through salary accounts . otherwise . useless. no bank number in google . some customer care number is given . bank working time is also not given properly in google or in their site.
