On 17 May 2013, I received Prestige Induction Cook-Top only without the assured the kitchen set as stated in the catalog [details of the item is in the attachment].
Nothing has been mentioned in the letter that accompanied the item about the kitchen set.
I sent 2 emails to the customer care for which there is no response from Axis Bank till today. My online complaint in their website evoked no response. Today, I called the Priority phone banking of Axis Bank. After verification process, I was connected to the concerned staff. After hearing my problem, he asked me to contact my branch!
I think, Axis Bank believes in troubling their Priority customers on top priority. :(
