Actually I am a loyal customer to axis bank from last 5 years onwards I am using axis bank debit card since 5 years, after checking my transactions they have provided me buzz credit card. I am the one who afraid of ceedit card rental and interest, so that is the reason I never applied for any credit card. One day I received a call from axis bank people and they offered me credit card and also they clearly told me that I need not to pay any rental but when I received the card it shows the rental cost Rs 750. so, I informed to my husband and he told me that just use the card dont think about the rental as its only 750. I started using that card and paid 1st month bill before due date but 2nd month I didn’t get the chance to pay the bill. it got delayed only 2 days and they charged Rs 500 interest and also they mentioned fine Rs 300 with GST. when I approached customer service people he is not ready to explain my billing cycle and he asked me to download the statement from axis bank site and look into it. I suggest people not go with any credit card until you clearly know about the conditions. axis bank Credit card department is really sick
