I have my zone axis bank Mastet credit card . I got a call from the bank on 23rd April 2019 to give my debit amount in easy instalments.
The processing fee was debited from my account with GST on 23rd apriln2019. but on 3rd May 2019, the entire amount was withdrawn by the bank from my account, which made me feel i would not have made my instalments by the bank. But on checking in this month’s statement, I was found to be charging a hefty interest by making installments of the same money despite the bank taking full money. And he would make his landon on time!
I am deeply disturbed by the frauds committed by the bank.axis bank credit card not a reliable credit card , they can fraud any time so know i’m going to destroye this axis bank credit card , customer care service is robotic service they gave answer every time same answer. Very desappointed with axis bank credit card
