I am having Axis Bank Account since past 10 years. All these years, I never had a need to use internet banking. As you know friends, due to demonitization, we are left with no choice than using it.
My mobile number is registered to my Account, but still it says you need to register with Netsecure to do Fund Transfer. I mailed them twice, but they havent replied.
I walked into their main branch at Hyderabad and filled in an application to activate mobile alerts and Netsecure. I also gave my PAN card number and Aadhar number for updation. They updated my PAN and Aadhar number, but not resolved my problem of Fund Transfer.
It has been more than a month now that I have been after this bank(I have visited four times so far), but they have not solved my problem.
I am not at all happy with their service. What kind of customer service is this.
Today, they have finally activated my Netsecure after a month.
