I’m a customer of Axis since year 2000 & I’m quite happy with all the services. I’m located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. There are a lot of ATM locations & it is very easy to find one. The internet banking is also a good experience. IT is safe & easy. The staff at the bank is also nice. The only problem with the branch is that it is always crowded with customers.
A very good bank for professionals & those who want to avoid going to bank. Most of my work is done quickly. If they can’t do it in time, they suggest to come after a defined time & it is always done by that time. The cheque book is delivered very fast.
