I (Samares) had applied for home loan (ref: CDU/HL/883) from Axis Bank through it’s channel partner (Ms.Harjinder Kaur/Mr. Arun Singh) located in Indirapuram, Gaziabad.
They took all documents along with a cheque of Rs.5515/- and said that it will be debitted upon issuing first disbursement letter. After one month I received a decline letter from Axis bank-RAC, BF-1A/2/3 Aditya City Centre Plot No-3, Indirapuram, Gaziabad-201012 mentioning "Not meeting the general banking guidelines".
After one month they are sending me the letter. By the time I did not apply for loan in any other bank. This is simple harassment to the people. Others should learn from this.
