My Frustrating Experience with Axis Bank Account Opening
I recently attempted to open a bank account with Axis Banka process that should have been simple and straightforward. However, I was assigned Kavita kapoor, a Acquisition Manager, to assist with the process.
Unfortunately, the experience was anything but smooth. The assigned representative appeared to lack the necessary knowledge and consistency, frequently changing procedures and introducing new issuesmany of which were due to her own mistakes. What should have taken a few days turned into a frustrating ordeal that stretched over three months.
Eventually, I lost all patience and chose to cancel my application altogether.
To make matters worse, Axis Banks customer service and complaint resolution process left much to be desired. Responses were slow, ineffective, and did little to address my concerns.
In summary, based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to think twice before banking with Axis.
