I am back with a new review about a very worst bank yes I am talking about the Axis Bank. Friends please stay away from it. So lets talk about it more.
Phone Banking - Phone Banking of axis bank was very bad it is to slow and busy. More than 5 mins of wait you will connected to it while the other bank’s net banking was very fast as compare to it.
ATM Availability - Well If have an ATM card of axis bank you must need to find where its ATM machine. It has less ATM machine as compare to any other popular banks like SBI and when you visit the ATM machine there was very crown already standing in line.
Internet Banking - The Internet Banking was the first expression of any bank for their users but Axis bank internet banking is said to be average it is not said to good or best. When you visit to bank you will ask for net banking from the working employees. They replies you come tomorrow or server is busy or it is the lunch time.
Customer Service - For any bank its service is like a backbone of it. If the user didn’t get perfect service from the bank they will not use it and something like going to happening with axis bank it has a very bad customer service. I suggest you friends don’t use it as a friends it my opinion to you.
