I currently have four accounts of my family with this bank from last so many years at Axis Bank Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, What we have experienced is charges, hidden charges and unpleasant banking. also they daily close their money deposit machine around 3 pm with their unsatisfied excuse that machine is not working properly but actual reason is that they need to close their work before bank closing.
Even I had maintained a handsome amount and I got so many calls for Loan requirement or Loan Transfer from Axis Bank Rajouri Garden after many refusals I have decided to settle my another Personal Loan which is running from one of reputed Finance Company into Axis Bank but unfortunately since many follow ups with Mr. Tarun& Mr. Imran(who basically think that they are Leading Axis Banking Loan Department) I haven’t got a single response wether in my favour or not.
At the end I would suggest not to open an account with this bank. Such a big brand name with such low service response really did not expected.
