Worst ATM and Customer Service

I have my salary power premium account in axis bank Gurgaon. This bank is really worst I ever seen. However you can find the ATM branches everywhere but most of time machines are out of order. Many times I returned from ATM without getting any money.


And customer service is really bad and there is no co-ordination between customer care and branch executives. I got two out station cheque cleared by axis bank on 8th May, 2009. They deduct Rs. 111 for each check as OSC charges. But on the overleaf of my quarterely statement I see charges for salary power premium account is rs. 30 only. After that I am continuously following up with the customer care at 0124-2309447. I got different call reference no. during my different calls which are 9122904, 9138860, 9180554 and after that when I called the customer care they told me that they are unable to give me another reference no and I should contact with the branch at 0124-2221930 and 0124-2221931. During my these calls cce told me that they have forwarded my request I will get the credit of excess amount charged. But as of now I didn’t get any credit.


And today I called at branch number, after many tries they pick the phone and executive gaytaree told me that these are the standard charges and I will not get any credit.Then what about the info I got from other customer care executives who were saying that they have forwarded the request and I will get the credit.I beleive such type of customer care is not to help to customers but giving a pain by ruining there time and money on phone.Since it is my salary account so I do not have other options at this point of time.
