Encouraged by the services to the priority customers at cities like ahmedabad and mumbai..i decided to open a priority account at kompally hyderabad. I expected a similar treatment and although once u visit the bank the employees are courteous..
There are no tie ups or schemes for the benefit of the priority customers..till now I dont have a relationship manger, it has been almost four months since I opened an account...if u want a draft they would request u very politely to come down since u r staying too far..any deposits or credits are not known by way of sms...initially they used to send sms but now that has also stopped. no genuine schemes for investment are intimated. Well u can say there is no proactive business ethos....
It is similar to any state bank of india....and even the state banks with their grahak mitra personnel r much better than the axis bank... So my opinion is that although the bank is good in cities where there is more competition... it lacks the dynamism and proactive business ethos which I found in my earlier experience with the same bank...So probably they dont post brilliant professional at far flung branches like kompally hyderabad....
