Axis bank Credit card services call me 5 to 10 times for my credit card offer against my salary account. Finally I decided to opened a credit card account.
But the services of the bank hell. I sumited my documents to bank and I got my credited with in 15 days but on my credit card my name mentioned wrong also my daye of birth. I called to customer care nearly 10 times but still no satisfactory answer came from them.somtime they told please e-mail your documents.
Already e-mail 2 times but still now nothing happened, I want to closed my credit card, they also refused.worst customer care service.please please don’t buy any credit card from axis bank they make you fool.
