For past two years I am trying to close an account, but counter staff at Bandra branch say they cant close it due to technical reasons. And they billed me annual charges of Rs 2500 in April 2015.
A month ago, I wrote a letter and personally delivered it to the bank. They have still not resolved the matter.
Axis is a most incompetent bank. They refuse to close your account and additionally charge you for it. There are several more instances of their greed and highhandedness. Worst possible service, and highest possible charges.
