PHONE BANKING- phone banking for axis bank is not good because this phone banking application was always showing problem I had many time recharged for axis bank phone banking through but many time my Vodafone recharge delay and recharge not complete some time pending recharge and half over in completed.
one time I recharge my tata sky recharge for using phone banking m-visa through my bank account in money had deduct but TV recharge not completed I was calling for customer care called no recharge your tata sky DTH that called axis customer care his called me your recharge had been completed and I am loss my 300 rs .
ATM AVAILABILITY -ATM is long distance in my area and my area in only for 2-3 ATM but railways station ATM is not working many time bad services for ATM.
INTERNET BANKING- internet banking is good it many problem solving bank but internet banking many time server process is not good.
CUSTOMER SERVICE- customer service not I was going to bank 3 oclock and bank closed time 4 oclock and that I was entered bank but security guard stopped me and called bank is closed . so I had been go aways and axis bank my home to 5 km long distance .
