Axis Bank is the best bank this is the first thing which comes to my mind when I see the word bank. It is just because when I was frustrated from SBI and thinking about another bank, I habe heard that axis bank has one of the best customer service experience. So, I decided to give it a try. I applied online through its app and next day I got a call from axis bank customer services. Whether I want to open account or not, I told them I want to. Then he explained me the procedure and which documents I will be requiring to open the account and ask me my address and we decided on which date axis bank employee will come to my house for account opening procedure.
On that day the employee came and it was just 10 mins to open my account. She told me in two days my account will be fully operational and I will be able to use every single feature. There is only one thing about this private bank the basic account need minimum 10000 balance per day. It will not be comfortable for everybody but if you want to get good services. This is one of the best bank in India.
