This bank is having a horrible customer service I did my biggest mistake by opening my NRE account with this bank.
They have entered my mobile no incorrect in their system, I have submitted complaints a few dozen time every time they give a new complaint number instead of resolving this issue.
My money is stuck with this bank as I can’t use my online banking for not having my otp, they are not at all helpful in any regards. Also there are very few branches in UK which are very far from me. So I just have to go to India to get it correct from this bank.I would definitely not recommend any NRI to open their account in this bank.
