My experience with the Axis bank has been very very stressful . my mother holds an account in this bank but when she goes to deposit money physically in the bank she tells me that she had a ton of issues at the bank yeah my mother is very old and she cannot wait in line for an hour she even tells me that the person at the bank that is the banking staff are not very polite they are like a mind of the bank with no emotion and feelings they don’t even look at your eyes when they’re talking to you that’s like inhuman behaviour so my overall rating for Axis bank has to be down to two stars
