I am a corporate account holder with Axis bank at their Senapati Bapat Road Branch in Pune, and the experience has been the worst. The IVR fails to acknowledge my mobile number, when I in reality keep getting SMS’s from the bank.
Moreover, my Name on the account was mis-spelt, and this is spite of giving a Clear Colour Xerox copy to the executive who had come over to collect the documents. For the same, I had also visited the East Street Brach in Pune Camp area, and also give them a Clear Xerox Copy of my Passport, and I was promised that the same would be resolved in maximum of 10 days, but now its 2 months, and the issue is yet there.
Corporates or Individuals, please DO NOT apply for any service to Axis Bank, as they are the MOST USELESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL BANK GOING AROUND. A Nationalized Bank like Bank of India, Central Bank or even Shamrao Vithal Bank is a 1000% times more preferable.
