Service provided by staff member of axis bank is not proper, the staff member doesnt reply properly to any issuse ask to them.
They make delay in providing service, for the same work I have to visit bank atleast twice or thrice.if the same is continue your bank may loose it customer.
Sir, please make the strict rules on your staff member to follow those rules or else your bank would loose it goodwill, thats the review about Axis Bank which I had experienced, you can also comment yours thinking about that private sector bank, thanks for reading my review
