I had applied for Axis bank easy credit card on 17-11-2011 against an FD in the axis bank. Since it is a credit card and its credit limit depend on my FD amount(80% of FD amount), the bank can give the card at the earliest, without much documentation, and they promised it.
But they didn’t give me the credit card till now(14/03/2012). I contacted the customtakeouter care center, just after they inform that the application is declined due to no "lien mark and branch seal on FD receipt"(But the branch told me that they did it correctly), and then they asked me to sent scanned copy of FD receipt, and I did.but they did not helped me
