Not sure whether to frustrate or laugh through* for my experience, Since I have applied for a mortgage loan before 2 month, Still now I was awaiting for the loan,
Even after got my sanction letter 2 weeks back, And the whole story as follows. Initially they are asked us all the credit query’s of all the personal statements which is submitted right away whenever they were asking after a lot of efforts.
Only they havent asked my petrol bill or underwear bill, rest of all they have asked, after that they have asked for legal documents which also submitted on time . and doubtedly they have asked for one legal document which is not neccessary in any of the banks coz it was take over from another bank. for that I have asked them to return all the documents so as to give in some other banks of course IDBI is ready to do, After few days they have not given the documents and cheques stating that we can also try with the existing document if other banks is willing to do.
After that I would given 15 nos of legal documents each time whenever they ask coz they it self not aware what is consolidated requirement, after completion of all process they have given a sanction letter and there is query in legal which we have to give to proceed further, after a weeks time I have given even that . and awaited for their turn again they need some signatures from us that also was done and it one more day is expected to release the payment, Now all of us sudden got a call from Axis bank for a verification of driving license and voter id as it is not clear . as all the verification is done before 2 months moreover got the sanction letter.
Now my question is what* they were doing till these day 2 months after giving all personal documents becoz of this the payment is hold, every day they use to call and torture us for documents which they not deserve to collect it one shot, and they are not sure and they cant give us the commitment date as what will happen next .
I use to get loans from several banks for 10 yrs, I had never experience of these kind of tortures day by day even after im asking them to return all the documents when they are not fit for the job, and im wroting this review before getting the payment, May be I would get on next week or I didnt hope lets see, If im not getting it in the next week no option I will sue them in the court. Now u viewers if want to take a loan better not go to Axis banks or else u all going write review as above .
