Axis bank is the second most popular bank in India. I have a Saving A/C and have a Credit Card too. Till date didn’t face any issues.
Phone Banking - Axis Bank management would need to work on their Phone Banking representatives. Most of them are polite and professional but at times, they tend to be nerd and don’t listen to the customers query.
ATM Service - I have never faced an issue at Axis Bank ATM’s. However, of they come up with ATM deposit feature in all the ATM’s then it would be awesome. Just as ICICI Bank ATM’s.
Internet Banking - Internet Banking at times challenges your patience. Specifically first week of the month. The website isn’t speed enough and APP is pathetic. I just use the website to check the balance. I have ICICI Bank account as well. So, I use ICICI for fund transfer and other activities.
Customer Service - Customer Service at Bank branches are really appreciable. They always welcome you and very patient enough in answering the queries.
