I went to axis bank to update the kyc Marthahalli branch in bangalore and they suggested better go for another bank fastag. the bank staff don’t know how to update the kyc for fastag. For contact the call center they gave one toll free number and it’s highly impossible to contact them for any queries. Even you can’t Recharge from online. Tolll gate booth expect axis tag they will recharge for all the tags. Don’t waste your time on axis tag. There is no negative rating otherwise I could have given - 100 rating.
